“I've been around for a while but this is the first time in my whole life that I have been a customer of a McDonald's I was treated professionally and the McDonald's 14823 East 14th Street San Leandro and I'm talking about one specific person his name is Jose I don't know his last name but I believe he's the oldest guy working in that place he's a elder guy my respect for that person he's respectful has a great attitude doesn't rip you off with the quantity of food 100 percent satisfied and because of him the only reason I'm putting a five tip star in service only because of Mr Jose may God bless him every other McDonald's I've been they always rip you off you asked for a large box of fries and they give you a small package amount in the big box 🤷🤷 I asked Mr Jose for a large fry and he gave me exact what I asked for without shorting it out God bless you Mr Jose“
“Went to get 20 piece mc nuggets, large fries ? and a plain cheese burger ? for my grandkids and My Wife told me to specifically tell the cashier no sauce on the burger but only cheese, burger,bun and the pickle because last time they didn't do it. I don't think it was this McDonald's but I let the kid taking my order and he was very patient with me because I told him twice but he said he got it and it will be out in a little bit. I took it home and the order was right the fries ? we're delicious because I tried some when my grandkids weren't looking and the chicken nugget was fresh,hot and good. I gave the atmosphere a 3 ⭐ because some of the restaurant was blocked off because there were a lot of homeless people around. One was sleeping after eating and they lock up the bathroom now. In this plaza in San Leandro has a lot of homeless people around. I know the StruggleS are Real but I never seen the city I used to live in like this.“
“The Best Mac Donald’s that I’ve had in the last 10 years!!!!! (No Exaggeration) If Mac Donald’s fries / food was as fresh as it was this night they would be ? We came around 1:30am / 2am and it was worth it!!!!!! The best restaurant after hours!!!“
“The area is okay. It's just a lot of less fortunate people hanging around the area. But I do understand because of the times we're living in and we need to be able to just try to help one another. So I try to do what I can every time if I'm around in that area to try to be a blessing. Other than that, the service is okay. Parking is good too“
