I think Starbucks USA is going downhill. Honestly, compared to how it operates in Latin America, locations here feel more like third-world establishments—dirty and poorly maintained. The service is still good, and so are the drinks, though.

I like this Starbucks. Super small though, so it gets packed very quickly. This location has a mobile order display so you it tells you the status which is pretty neat. I’ve had mishaps at this store in the past, but I’m glad I kept faith with this location. Thank you John and the night crew for the efficient service always.

My experience was terrible I will never come again Melissa was very rude and got upset because I told her co worker that the customer is always right and to please pay attention when taking a order she gave me a grande drink when I ordered a re useable vente cup Melissa started yelling at me saying I should not talk to her co worker like that I just got a refund and left I came bacc and talked to the supervisor John he was great and made me feel better about the lady Melissa rudeness but what upset me more after I left my refund never came bacc to my phone so I left with no drink and no money

Was here on Christmas Day. Very busy. Ordered a cran orange refresher. $5.75 I used my app… cost me over $9 with the exchange.

They make the wrong drinks, they put the wrong ingredients (+2 customers) which created a 20 minute delay in my order. If it weren't for us asking about him, they wouldn't notice the mistake. We did not hear the call to withdraw the product. First time in this place, terrible experience.
