I walked in because the drive-thru had a long line. I watched ALL the cars leave the drive thru with their food, and I was still waiting on my order. It was NOT worth the wait. The new limited nacho fries were cold. I was not happy. Stop trying new items on the menu. You will get disappointed. That's why I don't visit Taco Bell's frequently. They are always a last result.

I ordered online and going drive through after 20 minutes food not ready funny thing no one customer inside or in driveway but still busy ?
Ordered via drive thru after 10 pm. Be aware if the Taco Bell window cashier says the first tap of your atm card did not go thru & asks to tap again. I got charged twice after looking at my bank account when I got home. They say it will drop off in a few days but it never did!!

Second time to this place. Food preparation was terrible again, all tacos were broken and none of the sauce i asked for they provided. They make you feel they're doing you a favor by taking your order. Never again.
