They accidentally forgot an item in my order and they quickly prepared the missing sandwich and then the manager was very kind and apologized for the mistake. She then offered me a complimentary small frosty. This is a busy Wendy's at a busy intersection. Despite the heavy traffic, it is always clean inside. The parking lot is never crowded or dirty either. I also appreciate that any employee is willing to answer a customers question or get a manager to assist. I highly recommend...read full review

Wendy's is a clean and affordable fast-food place. They offer a variety of meals like cheeseburgers, chili, and French fries. The atmosphere is relaxing with music playing, sometimes jazz or oldies. The customer service is friendly, with hot, fresh food made to order. Although there have been some issues with order accuracy, the overall service remains good. Wendy's is very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with handicap parking available at the location. While the food is often above average, it may not always reach excellent standards. Overall, Wendy's is still a good choice for a quick and enjoyable meal.
