Wingstop

Ordered online, was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. No big deal went and did some other stuff, came in and no one was at the register, there was 2 people in the rear of the kitchen and we were there for 10 minutes and I finally got up and stood at the register and yelled, finally after breaking boxes down comes up front and saw that the person who was supposed to be there was in the bathroom. they need to fire the employee putting broken glass in the food left for the cats outside the property. He's also putting dead animals out with poison and threatening the person thats just trying to help the cats. Pasadena ,Texas location. if he's doing this to animals outside, who knows what hes doing to customers food that he doesnt like. enough is enough and hes been reported many times. is this the kind of person you want working for your company? its shameful.

I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant.
