This is the second weekend in a row I have ordered a drink on the app. The app says it will be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes. Which is kind of long. Get there and still have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes. When you ask the person that is bagging the orders questions she is snappy. I think it's mostly the customers fault but good luck getting a mobile order here. People crowd and make it impossible to get to the counter to check for your order. Staff needs to tell everyone to back off once they confirmed the order isn't ready yet or no one can get to the orders that are ready.I also witnessed someone return a drink that wasn't there's and staff didn't throw it away.Another thing I witnessed in the 15 minutes of waiting for my drink before giving up was that...read full review
