The cookies are great and made even better with ice cream between them. My standard is chocolate chip with various ice creams depending on the selection that day. The woman at the counter was not very pleasant so we didn't order. We went back the next day and there was a friendly, helpful young man behind the counter. So we all ordered and enjoyed our treats on the back patio which is delightful.
We wanted to do something different than flowers for a family who experienced a loss but don't live in the area. I knew they liked these cookies. Was having trouble ordering shipping online so emailed them and they were so quick and helpful. Got a nice tin of individually wrapped cookies delivered to their house! Thank you Cowboy Cookies!

We visited San Luis Obispo for a few hours while staying in nearby Pismo Beach. Our intent was to shop, but when we saw this place, we figured it would be worth a visit for our ice cream fix. Once you walk in, you are greeted by the amazing smell of fresh baked cookies. While I was tempted to go with a whole ice cream sandwich made with one of those cookies, I wisely chose the half size.
