If you are looking for a sit down, eat chips and salsa with your hot plate of gooey enchiladas then this is the place. The breakfast burrito is loaded with egg and fair amount of meat.The Chile relleno burrito is delicious as the relleno egg batter keeps its fluffy integrity in the burrito.Taco Tuesday with $1.50 tacos is good.There are quite a few Mexican restaurants in SLO that are mediocre, but Pancho's is actually great and satisfying. Food is flavorful and good. Their shrimp burrito was great ($18) as were the asada fries.$9 for kids meal optionsChips could be better and fries were too thin but overall would recommend this location
