Came here on a Friday at around 11:30am. Was very empty in the area so that was nice. The guy working there was friendly and helpful. I had ordered a Cal Poly Gold Lager but I guess it was out so I ended up getting a Cali Squeeze - Blood Orange. Got the #2 The ClassicHouse made pork chile verde with whole black beans and Spanish style rice in a white cheese dilla with the avocado salsa and cilantro cream on the side and it was so good.
Great quesadillas. No service what so ever. You order from a tablet and then have to watch for someone to put your order on the counter, which takes a while. So the food carries this place. I love that you can build your own quesadilla. Pretty great sauces. I think I would have given this place 5 stars if I had ever interacted with an employee. Wish I could take my tip back lol.

We normally love Quesadilla Gorilla, but today, our quesadilla was missing the queso…. There was so little cheese in our tortilla that the ingredients were falling out of as we tried to eat it. They apparently close at 3pm (We arrrived at 2:40) so he made our order to go rather than dine in and, as you can see, added very little cheese compared to what we typically receive. We’re bummed.
