One of our favorites in SLO.
My family had a fantastic experience at SLO Quesadilla Gorilla! We tried the Chicky Chicky Parm Parm, a Nutella quesadilla, a cheese quesadilla, chips and queso, and churro chips with caramel sauce—everything was absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and we even had plenty of leftovers to enjoy later. Great quality for the price—we’ll definitely be back!
Alex helped me when it was my first time visiting, he went through popular menu choices and was very kind. Personally, a little too much grease but hey super good salsas and good meat portions.

Quesadilla Gorilla served delicious asada quesadilla and a $5 draft Cali Squeeze Happy Hour. The food truck and catering kiosk served fast, hot, fresh options that are very filling. Large tortillas, rice, beans, white cheese, cilantro lime chicken and custom quesidilla are out. Cream and avocado sauces, pico de gallo and fresh sauce options are great. The restaurant is friendly, professional and highly recommend for dinner or events in the foothill neighborhood.
