I placed my order online in advance, thinking I'd just have to pick it up. To my surprise, it wasn't ready when I arrived. When I approached to inquire, I was informed that they had orders even when the restaurant wasn't that busy. I ended up waiting for about an hour and forty minutes. Meanwhile, the cooks were chatting and laughing casually, showing no hurry to prepare my order, which took almost two hours. Alot of homelessness sleeping in the parking lot, it's on the freeway off ramp and along the main steam for CalPoly so a good location, can get crowded at certain hours of the day. They certainly could use some PR training, cashiers are not nice most of the time therefore not helpful.
