Central Park bistro is my favorite restaurant in the San Mateo Burlingame area. The food is always excellent the staff professional and friendly and the ambience lovely I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This is one of our favorite restaurants. Every dish carefully prepared, presented and seasoned. Attentive service, very professional staff. Not inexpensive but well worth the price.
The restaurant was almost empty at 8:30 on a Saturday night. That worried us but maybe people in San Mateo eat earlier. The staff was extremely welcoming. The drink menu was small but very different. The waiter was also the bartender and he told us he made our drink with “extra love” which was sweet. The drinks were quite good. We split an artichoke beignet appetizer and really enjoyed it.
