There are countless issues with this restaurant. First of all, I used to work next door at the vape store and Shuyi Tealicous HAS A RODENT PROBLEM THAT THEY HIDE FROM CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE MICE RUNNING AROUND IN THE KITCHEN AND THE MICE EVEN HAD A HOLE FROK THEIR RESTAURANT TO THE VAOE STORE THAT WE HAD TO COVER UP BECAUSE IT WAS CREATING PROBLEMS FOR US. Ordered a drink that was very easy to order on Uber eats, loved it, came to the physical location and ordered (outside in my car) waited for 20 minutes for my drink only to find out it's not the same drink, they have 100 different options that are hard to distinguish. Asked the person in the front if they could possible remake the drink as I really liked the one I ordered. She said "no" no follow up or customer service. It's a shame!
