Seems like you're paying a major premium for the Binchotan.
Insanely good skewers. This filled a deep, Japanese-shaped hole in my soul in a time of need.
The food was incredibly delicious. Almost all of their dishes are roasted, including vegetables. The okra and green beans were particularly tasty. They also offer vegetarian and keto-friendly options. The atmosphere, however, wasn’t particularly great, but the rest of the experience was enjoyable.
