We’ve been here twice, but only downstairs, which can get very noisy. Their yakitori is very good. We also tried the mentaiko udon and grilled corn and both were good, too.
There’s a public parking garage behind the restaurant. Parking is free after 6 pm. You can enter the restaurant through the back door.

The atmosphere, food, and service are really great! My ONLY complaint is that the only meat you can have in the Ramen is Pork Belly, and - personally - Pork disgusts me. So, that is unfortunate. But, aside from that one small negative, this restaurant is REALLY good! And their Yuzu Sherbet is yummy!

The food is amazing, but the air quality is very poor. The air filter on the wall next to the stairs is surrounded by smog/black ash, and definitely not suited for kids. The atmosphere overall is hideous. :(

Went right near open with a reservation and was seated immediately. Service was good as you order on your phone using a QR code located on the table. It was a little confusing as we came in a group of 6 and it was hard to tell what we ordered as it under the same list.
The meat was nice and tender, but I felt like it was on pricer side. There is a lot of options as well as some good dishes that are available so everyone can find something that they enjoy.

Got there around 8:20 pm, they didn't have enough seats for 6 open at the moment, only four, which was fine. We were seated upstairs, and were told that tables would be merged once two seats have opened up, as the rest of the seats were full.
We ordered 5 gyudon bowls, beef tongue curry, and the signature special set.
We waited over an hour with barely any updates or follow-up and no notification until about 45 minutes through that they were actually out of beef tongue, and would have to be substituted.
Food (not all of it, mind you) finally got served at 9:50 pm. Didn't seem like the chefs were in much of a rush. We ate, but were still waiting on two orders. By that time, we had to leave as I was gonna be late for my night shift. They offered to get the remaining orders out for us in to go boxes, but we declined, as it would still be a few more minutes of waiting.
I don't know if y'all were just having a bad day or a rough time with service or in the kitchen, and I HATE hate hate leaving reviews like these, but that was just... not cool.
To our servers, if you read this, no hard feelings. I'm sure you were all doing your best, and it must be really really frustrating to have to deal with irritated customers due to things that aren't even necessarily your fault. I really hope things get better for you all.
That aside, food was great, servers were friendly but seemed stressed and overexpended. To the manager, please Hire more staff or something, man. It's a shame what your servers have to deal with. Also, change your building layout. Your servers shouldn't have to be hustling through these narrow halls carrying food while having to dodge customers at the same time. That just sucks.
