The customer service at this Jamba location was awesome. Normally I don’t expect much when just going to grab a smoothie but I had my sister with me and neither of us wanted a full-size drink.. the person helping us order offered to split a large into 2 cups and just made everything super fast & easy. Nice large shop too, perfect for studying or a work lunch break!

Horrible customer service very arrogant and rude. Needed the restroom emergency style. Sales lady said we need to purchase no worries we are. Then proceeds to turn her back on us and finish. Wheat grass shots literally every smash of the grass almost put me in tears I needed the restroom so bad. Time management is definitely an opportunity here

Marisa is so nice and great customer service. Best Jamba location in the Bay Area! I live closer to several other locations, but drive an extra few miles for nicer people and service. Love how they can still make the old school drinks - Orange Carrot Karma! Location is friendly and lots of care given to customers.Taking it to the next level - Coolest Jamba location!9/9 Update - tried the Go Getter; great option for macha lovers?!
