I love this taco truck. I get the quesabirria tacos de res (beef). Everything is so flavorful and delicious. I can't get anything else like it in the area. I'm always craving it! So glad they brought quesabirria to san mateo. The workers are very nice too.
This is my favorite quesabirria taco truck. I've been coming here for years. It's a bit messy to eat, but worth it. Birria De Res are $5.50 each (as of Aug 2023) but large and filling. The beef (res) is flavorful and the cheese is a string of melted goodness after you bite into the crunchy side. Don't wait to eat it or it will get soggy! Pretty good food. Burritos can be hit or miss, though. Sometimes there is just way too much rice in them, making the burritos a little bland.
