A nice surprise. Great for breakfast. Always a crowd but wait is only about 30 minutes. Tough parking. You just need to be lucky. Will return again..
Bustling diner with amazing food! Countertop/bar service and tables, visited pre-pandemic. Good food like this deserves to be shared! Community gem, street parking is tight; highly recommend.
This is true love in chicken tender form! I always get the hot tenders ala carte, but you can't go wrong with the bread and fries if that's your thing. The chicken is just so addictive, I can never stop eating even though my mouth is burning. Whatever their spice blend is, I sure hope they've kept the recipe safe because it's literally gold. Breading isn't too thick and the sauce coats it perfectly without making it soggy.
They have a back patio area too that is sure to keep you entertained. There are so many old school pictures on the walls, crazy eclectic garden items, crazy hats, signs, old license plates, etc. The food is good, the prices fair, and the service is quick. It's really an experience to be had.
Cutest cafe in La Crescenta!! Perfect spot for brunch with some friends or if you want some coffee/yummies while trying to get work done. Literally everything I've ever ordered here is soo good. My absolute favorites have to be the soba noodle salad (very refreshing) and their sweet potato fries ah!! Their pancakes and burgers are also good, so basically everything on the menu :)
They do an excellent job from start to finish. They are very cautious with dining during covid and have temperature checks which is a nice touch. The food is, as always, high quality and delicious. The patio space is nice and socially distanced so you don't have to worry about being near other groups and the servers are very attentive to your every need. 5 stars!
Since my last review the worker I had troubles with is gone and they are really stepping it up. If they have their potatoes & chili hot in the burritos and fries, there is no way anyone can complain.

The best breakfast place in the Bay Area. Parking is free and unlimited in the area. Atmosphere in the restaurant is unique and welcoming. Staff are very polite, helpful and resourceful. Portions are huge, I hardly finished half of my omlette. Definitely will go here often, I discovered an awesome place and want you to see and taste it yourself. You will definitely enjoy it.
Generous portions of great food! Parking is HORRIBLE!
Nini’s is a must stop if you’re in the area - staff is great and food / throwback ambiance is perfect.I went for breakfast and loved the eggs and bacon plate - scrambled eggs were delicious, bacon was great, they let you order your home fries to your liking (with/without onions and/or bell peppers), and the coffee was hot and kept coming. Basically, it’s the idyllic old school diner / neighborhood restaurant.Highly, highly recommend and will be back whenever I’m in SF! Super close to the airport as well!
I had the vegetarian omelette and my wife the Reuben sandwich. Both were very good. We sat in the outdoor patio. They turned on the neighboring tables heat lamp which make it more toasty.
Eat here whenever I’m in town! Best breakfast around.
