Amazing food!! ALL the flavors you are seeking (check out the menu) without the oil and the sodium. Just pure flavor!! But the noodles...let's just say you will always remember the first time you tasted them!!
The cucumber salad - asian cucumbers cut and smashed, tossed in black vinegar, garlic, and chili oil was delish. The fried chicken breast with salted pepper and dipping sause was crunchy but only ok. I didn't really taste the seasoning. The boiled dumplings with vinegar and chili oil came in a bowl swimming in soup which was a surprise. It was ok.
