Ordered the beef noodle with tendons. There was no tendon in my bowl. Today is also a very slow day, which wouldn't justify their lapse of focus on trying to get the orders right. The food isn't as good as the last time I came. The soup was not hot enough to where you would like a noodle soup to be. It was a rather cool-temperature soup.Disappointing.

I am disappointed to experience the quality decline at this restaurant where we dined in person. With only one other customer, we waited a long time for our food. The staff was busy working on take out orders. We asked a few times about the status of the order. If we didn't ask, we would probably have waited even longer.

I miss the old menu, specifically the hot and sour soup with diced potatoes and carrot.

There was a very annoying Birthday song playing on repeat. We left the cafe and don’t finish the

It would’ve been a half decent place if they weren’t playing a techno version of “Happy Birthday to you” on repeat for the entire 25 minutes we were in there. I understand that perhaps they’re trying to encourage customers to leave as they’re closing but torturing your paying customers to achieve that is absolutely unacceptable! Why did you take our orders if you were closing then?

Slightly above average noodles shop specializes in Chinese style red braised beef noodles.Order: Beef & Tendon w/ Wide Noodles + added broccoli, Cucumber salad, Herbal Tea.+ Stunning art on the wall.+ Nice chewy wide noodles. Tendon was cooked well, tender but not falling apart.+ Cucumber was crunchy and refreshing; chili oil was good too.* Mostly self serving: you sit yourself by a table, order and checkout on your phone and fill yourself water from the jug. They did bring my food to me.* It was empty at 11am on a Saturday.- The red braised beef stew has the *exact* flavor of the classic Kang Shi Fu (Master Kang) brand instant noodles. Really threw me off guard.

Entered and placed order and paid online via their QR code and Toast App. Waited 30 minutes and no food. Finally, a person came and asked what our order is. We said we had already ordered and they told us that their internet was down. So they never received their order. Not sure if this is an internet issue or a Toast issue, but it ruined the experience. Staff should have told us upfront that their internet is down. I’ve had issues with ordering via the Toast app at another branch before. Might skip this chain until they fix or scuttle the Toast order system.

I used to eat here all the time before the menu change...the spicy sour sour was the best. I hope it will come back

Very baseline taste and experience. Nothing special at all for the price.Ordered the lamb with thick noodles and soup - spicyFancy display to show fresh noodles getting cut for you Got it without soup and all the noodles stuck/ clumped together like a ball. The lamb was the only saving grace. For spice there was a spicy powder sprinkled generously on top in clumps Boiled broccoli and cilantro on the side of the noodles with spice powder on top.Serious improvement neededWill not go again

Amazing food!! ALL the flavors you are seeking (check out the menu) without the oil and the sodium. Just pure flavor!! But the noodles...let's just say you will always remember the first time you tasted them!!

The cucumber salad - asian cucumbers cut and smashed, tossed in black vinegar, garlic, and chili oil was delish. The fried chicken breast with salted pepper and dipping sause was crunchy but only ok. I didn't really taste the seasoning. The boiled dumplings with vinegar and chili oil came in a bowl swimming in soup which was a surprise. It was ok. The beef stew and tendon ramen noodles was pretty good. I liked that it was a good portion bowl. The noodles were ok but liked the beef and tendons. Friend had the biang biang beef stew noodles. She said it was ok and her family would like the food options.

Despite ordering a no spicy soup, i still got a spicy soup. This is the typical hipster restaurant but for a variety of noodle dishes. Its hit and miss. If you have no where else to eat, its fine, otherwise go somewhere else.

Noodles were decent but everything else was completely unseasoned. Fried tofu was cold and watery. Spicy garlic dish just had a bunch on chili powder dumped on it but no additional seasoning. Pretty disappointing.

10/12/23I still love this place! The pickled vegetable noodle is still my favorite and now it's with beef... which is ok. Biang Biang noodles is the way to go. If you are doing takeout, cook it at home. Perfect! This time I'm ordering extra... Hope to freeze and bring back to Hawaii for a treat for me. Ricardo is a wonderful manager. He makes sure customers are happy. Thank you Ricardo 10/05/23I was really sad when I heard the pork with sour vegetables was gone. I went in and found out they still have the sour vegetables soup, but with sliced beef. Ok bill try it.. slightly spicy.... Yikes! Next time, it's NO SPICY! My mouth is burning and my nose is running! Soup and noodles are still delicious and the beef is fine. There's even quail eggs and fried tofu. Very tasty and filling. Next time I will cook only half of the noodles and save the other half to cook fresh with the left over broth. If you are doing takeout, ask for the noodles raw and boil them yourself ... just 2 minutes. So yummy and chewy Glad they still have the beef option. Thank you noodleosophyPLEASE MAKE NOT SPICY and let people add chili peppers.
