Reviews for Ponzu Poke Bar

Not the freshest. Cucumber slices were turning translucent in a spotty way. Jalapenos were olive-colored like they're pickled instead of fresh, except they don't taste pickled. Poke portion was miserly -- could be because the bin was almost empty and the guy was trying hard to get every last piece out. I think I got about 1.5 scoops stead of 2. Pass on this one. It beats Poki Bowl, but that's about it.

Small poke restaurant near the Whole Foods shopping plaza, a block away. Not much seating, so primarily a take-out place and stuffy and humid inside. Friendly staff, prices are about average. Their menu is pretty standard where you build your own bowl. Because it was humid in the there, the fish was kinda warm. They were also out of a few of poke mixes and had to make more. As a poke snob, this place isn't too bad and worth a trip to try.

Ordered a vegetarian wrap falafel and bowl with regular chai with bobas. It was ok, May the owner has changed and current owner was sweet to offer some yogurt rice to my infant. But otherwise felt the shop is isolated and it was empty and someVibe was missing. Food was ok and portion was good.
