Still closed. City and County of San Mateo - please get your act together. Another example of how hard it is to build or fix things around here. Miss this place!

Unfortunately the restaurant was close due to plumbing problems. I received a email Sunday Oct 20th, asking to confirm by reservation for Tuesday Oct 22nd on which I confirmed. When my friends & I arrive we were very disappointed to find out the restaurant was closed it had been red tag Oct 11th by the city!

The restaurant was closed by the city two days before I made the reservation. They never bothered to turn off their online open table reservation so we show up there with our large group to a city notice on the door showing the closure. We had to scramble on a holiday weekend to find another restaurant that could accommodate us. Not ok at all!!! Some of our group drove an hour for this family lunch

TENTATIVE REVIEW - EMAILED OWNER.
This was my first time speaking to Jenifer in person, and right from the start, she was rude, dismissive, and seemed upset for no apparent reason. She spoke to me in a way that was not only unprofessional but also made me feel like I had done something wrong, despite us never having met before. Her attitude was completely uncalled for, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

When I calmly told Jenifer that I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me, her response was a dismissive ā€œI’m sorry you feel that way,ā€ which felt like a shallow apology. I had to correct her and explain that it wasn’t just me who felt this way—Torres, who was also taken aback by her behavior, had actually apologized to me on her behalf. Instead of addressing her actions, Jenifer turned on Torres and asked him, in a very condescending tone, if he "wanted to help us," fully knowing that event planning isn’t his role. Her reaction was completely out of line.

I’ve attended many events at Par 3, and I’ve always had great experiences, but I’ve never encountered anything like this. Jenifer’s behavior was unprofessional, & extremely inappropriate.

Everything was excellent I just thought it was a bit classless for the person who seated us to tell us we only had 90 minutes. Pretty sure at this point we all know the limit and it should be the server to keep track and guests not to be told before they even sit down that their time is limited!!

Just go, you won't regret it. Food is good!!! Drinks are good!!! Kiara is great!!! Great views and parking!!!

The worst experience I have had there unfortunately. Extremely loud was not allowed to move to another table because ā€œthose are for reservationsā€ even though I had a reservation.ļæ¼ Brought one guest, the wrong breakfast, my huevos rancheros were so dried out, and coffee was bitter and lukewarm.ļæ¼

Great food, service and atmosphere! A little loud, but that was because of the 9er game! We enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

A pretty average mid-level golf club restaurant.

Had a lovely meal with friendly and attentive service. We were able to eat outside in the nicely decorated, tented outdoor area with heat lamps. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are all clearly marked. The menu changes with the seasons - The special risotto with corn and the fish tacos were delicious. Thank you.

We enjoyed a lovely brunch on the patio with scenic views of the golf course. The cocktails were excellent. Our meals were delicious and appropriately seasoned. We enjoyed the tri tip skillet, Belgian waffle with fresh fruit on top, French toast, and salmon Benedict. We will definitely visit again!

The food is inconsistent and could improve with just a little bit more care. But we love the staff and ambience so we go back here again and again.
