Food was tasty and portions large. Recommend the piccata if ylike lemony flavor. Fairly small dining room with a few tables outside. Don't be deceived into not going because the reservation button says there are no tables available.

A little charming restaurant in downtown San Mateo, homemade bread with delicious dipping sauce. We had fried calamari and squid ink pasta (hand made in the shop) with prawns and mussels exceeding our expectations, definitely will visit again to try other dishes.

We were craving pasta this place definitely hit the spot. We got the Alfredo, lasagna , a special with scallops and a pasta with meat ball. The flavor is really got the food was nice and hot. The Alfredo and lasagna was my fav. They also provided water and bread and we ordered can drinks on the side. They were having issues with their system and were not accepting cards but they made sure to call and let us know beforehand so we came prepared with cash! Overall a great experience...
