This is some top tier ramen. The texture was fantastic. Broth super rich. The most amazing crunch karage with the crunchy skin attached. Service was fast and responsive. You can see why they're a ramen champion.

Coming in hot with smokey, meaty flavors from the charcoal-grilled pork. Accompanied with vinegary notes, oh man I felt like I was drinking sisig. The ramen at the Shugetsu was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles had the perfect texture. They even have a corner to make their noodle in the house. I ordered the Shugetsu ramen and was delighted by the tender slices of charcoal-grilled pork and the soft-boiled egg. The pork is full of charcoal flavor and tender. Their fried chicken is also unique. It's very crispy outside and juicy inside. Recommended.
