One of the best boba shops in San Mateo with flavorful tea and despite their recommendation for 75% sweetness, I think 50% sweetness is still rather good. They have chewy boba and delicious foam (potted plant).
You can order beforehand on SnackPass and they make it quite fast.

The drink is fine but the container they use for the hot drink (especially the cap and the plastic straw) smells and tastes toxic.
I feel pretty sick drinking that so I couldn't finish it, even after I threw the cap and the straw away.

This is the perfect stop before heading over to San Mateo Central Park. A few drinks and a waffle is what we always take with us. They have some new options on their menu to try. The staff is friendly, and the ingredients like having organic milk are perfect for kids.

Highly recommended. Variety of choices. Owner was so kind We mistakenly order hot drink but He promptly said He can change and make a new one. Exceptional service. Nice walk and convenient to Japanese Garden Central Park.

Milk tea was extremely bland. Not enough tea flavour or milk or peach. TP tea and shuyin way better
Not a fan of brown sugar series, but their fruit tea and juice was delicious. I tried their Cheese Watermelon juice and it was so tasty and thirst quenching ?

Tried their orchid milk tea and strawberry jasmine with salted cheese. Didn't really get any orchid flavors but I honestly don't even know what to expect lol. The tea was good though! The strawberry drink was fine despite 0% sweet. Overall 4/5 for us. This is a good addition to the neighborhood!
