El Lucerito Restaurant is a hidden gem that serves amazing food in a fancier atmosphere with new tables. The menu features incredible dishes, including plain scrambled eggs and cara asada. The staff provides excellent service, although it can be slow at times. The restaurant has a private event room with its own restroom. El Lucerito offers authentic Guatemalan cuisine, freshly squeezed juices, and imported beers. The food is delicious and very flavorful. Customers mention trying the Caldo de Gallina and Cena Tipica with homemade tortillas. The pepian, a kind of "mole", is also a highlight, served with rice and beet salad. Tortillas are freshly made, and "La Famous" beer in Michelada is recommended. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Parking is available on the sides and a large lot is behind the building.
