Great customer service! My favorite server is Jose at the San Rafael store !! However AC was broken so it was pretty warm inside being it was a super hot day !
We were going to SF to check out the Golden Gate, got lost, ended up in San Rafael somehow, got hungry, looked for a Denny's and ended up at IHOP. That was the best part of the day (although we did finally make it to the Golden Gate!).
We each ordered the Serloin Tips & Eggs and let me say that it was exceptionally good. It was better than I expected. The sauce/marinade with the tips was sweet though not like teriyaki. The onions and mushrooms complimented the steak perfectly....read full review

I went to IHOP last week & I had an excellent experience. The dubai pancakes were my fav. Overall great service and servers. My waiter was Julia. Great waiter 👍
