Talked myself into trying something different today... Fried chicken thighs and it wasn't up to par as the pork belly is. The chicken may have been over bribed as I found it real salty :-(
Consistently hits the spot for delectable fried and spiced chicken!!! The green salad has a fresh herby, creamy dressing too that is perfect and the rice just soaks up all the flavors! Thank you Lou!
