We had such a great experience working with Sage for our wedding catering. From the very beginning, Meredith was incredibly easy to work with and guided us in creating a customized menu that perfectly fit all of our wants and needs.

Sage Catering, Inc. provides excellent, fresh, and creative food for events, with many guests raving about the incredible salmon. The team is thoughtful about producing menus that take advantage of the best in-season produce and high-quality ingredients, ensuring everything is prepared to perfection even for large groups. They are very accommodating for vegan and gluten free guests, with family style options that include many dishes already suited to those needs.
The experience working with them is very good. They are attentive, highly competent, and efficient in communication and planning. The day-of team ensures the hosts are fed and happy, bringing them appetizers and checking in throughout the event. They execute seamlessly, even with tricky venue logistics. For the bar, they provide excellent service and skillful bartenders, using fresh juices and garnishes and adeptly handling custom drink requests on the fly.
While they do not offer tastings before booking and clients may need to handle some rentals and alcohol orders independently, the planning team provides excellent guidance on what is needed and works with vendors to handle details. Many clients feel they struck gold, noting that Sage offers better food and service than many caterers at twice the price, resulting in a wonderful and complete catering experience.
