Generally I like this chain, although this particular franchise is sub par. Today at 3:30 pm the counter person did not speak English, and therefore was not able to take my order. I told her I wanted a small portion, and she dumped a lot of ziti in the container. I said, "take some of it out," and she dumped it all out. This repeated. I left without food, hungry and angry. Even if you don't speak English, if you have one or two brain cells you could have figured out what I meant....read full review
It was a bit of a dry piece of pizza to me. At least they sell singles though. They have other bread, cheese and meat pizza-like foods there that are okay. Not sure if it's just the location but it's just a lot of dry bread, cheese and meat to me.

Through no fault of their own they're in a defunct Mall. While my mom's Stromboli had plenty of filling, mine had next to none. The staff seemed like they were tired of working there, although they were not rude. Maybe everyone would just be happier if they close this and move to a better location.
