Second time at this ramen shop, the tonkatsu ramen is very delicious, but also very very rich. It's a good size portion, so we don't order anything else. Staff is super nice and the food comes out really quick. Will be going back to try the other ramen broths.

This is my go to for Ramen in Marin if I'm I can't make it into Uchiwa has a simple Ramen menu just like the Ramen shops in Japan. They specialize in Ramen and the atmosphere inside of the restaurant is quaint and inviting. I had an order to go and keeping the soup separate from the noodles and other ingredients kept the noodles firm. I recommend Uchiwa Ramen !

First of all, the service was excellent! I interacted with multiple staff members and they were all warm, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, the food did not match the service. I got the vegan shio ramen and it didn’t have much taste at all. Maybe I was setting myself up for failure because most vegetarian ramen broths don’t pack as much flavor as the meat-based ones but this one felt especially disappointing. I had to add a bunch of the chili seasoning to give it...
