Last night my husband, son and I went for dinner and, hands-down, it was fantastic! The restaurant is stylish and modern, the staff is super friendly and knowledgable and the food is delicious. You MUST try this place!

Extremely happy with my ramen experience at Uchiwa, the broth and the chasu pork had an amazing rich flavor and the meat was perfectly cooked and tender. It was exactly what I hope for in a rich Tonkotsu ramen. I will definitely be coming back!

I tried this place today for the first time. It's delicious. I had the Tonokotsu and found it super flavorful. The pork was delicious and fresh. The broth was rich and super flavorful - but not TOO heavy or greasy at all. The service was really friendly and the staff were knowledgeable. I will be back and think this is a lovely gem of a restaurant.
