Nice neighborhood restaurant, service was a bit rushed, as if the restaurant wanted us to hurry up and be done. Food portions were perfect...we opted for the Senior Meal which meant that we got smaller portions, again, perfect. I do miss the free garlic bread they used to serve, but in reality it's not a big deal. There were a lot of large groups, seemed to be families and I'm glad that there is a place locally where families can go and enjoy a nice meal
Too much quantity, too little quality. We went there to try their prime rib. We ordered senior portions, as we don't eat a lot. The wife asked for rare, got medium; I asked for medium rare, got medium /well. Food was warm, not hot. The usual creamed spinach and potato with. Also lukewarm. Old local restaurant with old Fashioned food menu with warm friendly service. This place has been around many years. The menu is large and there is always something you'll like. The Ruben sandwich and prime rib dip are favorites. The full bar with TVs is a hang out for a lot of regulars. Parking can be tight at night. Make a reservation for dinner. Enjoy.
