“Came off the freeway and grabbed a quick bite. I was hungry! 10 pm and the burger place had 30 cars in line. I turned around and saw Chipotle by accident. Carne Asada bowl with generous portion of guacamole was delicious. I wolf most of it down, and had to take the extra home.“

Not only did she call other stores nearby to see if the order had gone to a nearby store, she then proceeded to have the entire order put together right then. Absolutely exceptional service.
