Did a mobile order, for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 large fries. Received only 1 fry out of the 2 I ordered, and had already pulled away from the restaurant before seeing I was missing a fry. The restaurant was closed to customers so couldn’t even go in if I wanted to for assistance and it was raining so I wasn’t gonna go stand at the door in the rain. I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins, a hash brown, and a big breakfast with muffin and hot cakes on the mobile app. 20 minutes later we went to drive through. But when we got to the window, the staff member told us to wait at the #2 parking space because the egg was still apparently not ready. Hot outside. Had AC turned off in children's play area, but turned on in kitchen where employees worked. Told manager, she just shrugged her shoulders. Not sure if this is some new cost-saving strategy
