Pho Monsoon

This is the review I have been wanting to post for a long time. Finally a Pho place that meets my high standards. I've posted other reviews of Pho places in the area, but finally this is for the best of them all. A friend of mine and I decided to have lunch today at Pho Monsoon. Easy weekday lunch spot, ordered banh xeo, sandwich, bowl of pho, bun rieu and a combo rice plate. Banh Xeo could have been crispier but really can’t compare to the South Bay ones that specialize in it. Pork sandwich was good and choice with/without a can of side $10/$9. I've been here before and love this place but they say they close at 9 on the window and on yelp. They said they were closed and we were very disappointed. Please correct your hours.
