We were staying at the Cavalier and made reservations at another place for our anniversary dinner. That fell through so we went back to the Cavalier kitchen. It was almost full, but we got a table. They might have been short handed because there was one waiter for 16 tables. He did have some help from the bartender when she could. Lovely atmosphere, carrying service, and delicious food we experienced there during our trip to Heart Castle. In this place, we saw people enjoying their work. Nice seasonal decor, big portions, fresh food, smiles, and joy.

Pleasant enough staff and decent service. Quality of food was average at best and in our view didn’t represent value for money. Appeared to be benefitting from being best of bad bunch in vicinity. If touring, drive on.
