we came in right after 4 so their made to order section was closed but we picked up the burrata special, pesto pasta, and kale salad and everything was so fresh and amazing! both the person working the deli and katie in the other shop were so sweet and made us feel so welcome. will definitely come back when in the area again!

ps. the craft lemonade slushie is so good!

Hidden gem there across from Hearst Castle. There's a small deli in the store that is the polar opposite from the Hearst trap with good food, pleasant atmosphere, great staff and reasonable prices. Just up the road from the state park, they could have been priced much higher on the food items, and I was very pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended, give them a shot!

First time touring Hearst Castle and landed at Sebastian's (both by prior reviews, and friends with us) for lunch. Kimchee pork sando was delicious! And huge! Tried Hearst wine from the wine bar to go with the sandwich-it was perfect. Also took home a beautiful charcuterie box to take to our next winery spot. Will be back soon!
