“Update: I would like to say that the owner has since reached out and apologized for the communication that happened this evening. He is honoring the coupon. This right here seriously is the best customer service!I ordered take out on Feb 21st, food was great! That evening, shortly after picking up my order I received a text message to join the club and get $10 off $40 on my next order. Well tonight, I attempted to order online (like I did before) and enter the code that was provided (subtotal prior to taxes was $41.00) but it would not apply. I called the restaurant and explained the situation and asked for help but the women over the phone said that is not a coupon they have and cannot assist as this was for a different location (she mentioned TX, which I have never been to any other Russo's). Don't send out text messages for a specific location Windmill Marketplace Clovis if you will not honor it!“
“The food at this place is phenomenal. Never had Gnocchi before. Tried it here for the first time. Really enjoyed it. Servers were amazing. I also think the Rossman was walking around helping serve customers and talking to them. Highly recommend.“

“Pizza factory is a taste of childhood for our family! Growing up, it was the only pizza place in our small town and it was a special treat to bring home a box of this tasty pizza. And after 35+ years since I had my first slice, it remains as delicious as I remember. My siblings and I were feeling a bit nostalgic today and were happy to find a Pizza Factory within minutes of our dad's house. We oohed and aahed as we tasted the familiar classic pizza sauce and hand tossed crust with a perfect ratio of sauce and toppings. Staff were friendly and efficient on a busy Friday evening. Restaurant was clean with plenty of seating for both small and large groups.“
“Ordered a whole bunch of food to go and walked in early to check out the dining area and was met with smiles all the way around. The owner sat us down gave us bread and beverages to taste while waiting. So not only was the food great the service was better. Will be glad to visit again“
“I have been looking for great pizza spot in the Central Valley since I moved her approx 7 years ago and this place is it! Very tasty pizza... the ingredients are fresh and the crust was just right and the sauce flavorful! I have been here two times and both times the people that took my order were kind and got everything right on my order. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be back!“

“I went to this place at 3 years old back when my dad's dad was around, Their food is so salty and 100% the best because it is like a childhood memory, I went and got pepperoni and cheese pizza and soda this is when I used to drink soda when I was little after baby life, they had a small arcade with a coin slot claw machine and racing car game and a pac man game When they had it I wanted to play it that this 10-year-old kid bullys me and says Hands Off, mostly nowadays it's like an old pizza diner from the 90s and it's by my grandma's house, my grandma lives near there, its 5 minutes away.. Med n Eds is by the freeway. Unfortunately, I eat healthy now and I workout to get gains and I have no time to rest at all.. I only drink sprite and water and other sport drinks and yes I will still go there its just I need more gains to rest and do more.“
“The service is great - professional, experienced and so friendly. The menu is fantastic with so many options. The manicotti and calzones were huge portions and very tasty. My favorite is the halibut (who would guess at an Italian restaurant?) perfectly cooked.“
