“This used to be my go to Baskin Robins; not anymore. The new hires don't know how to top a cone. Drove to this location on Thursday from Tustin. It took me 50 minutes because for some reason the f'tards in the Santa Ana road planning department thought it was a good idea to close 2 out of 3 lanes on Main/17th on a weekday during rush hour.“
“Obviously the flavor never changes, so the ice cream is always good. This location needs attention. They need to turn up the AC or fix it for costumers and employees.You still can't eat your ice cream inside unless you're standing, the chairs are just stacked and for some reason there's a big table right in front of the cashier register that makes it difficult to hear and order.“
