“Came here with the T-Mobile promo once, and got like an Oreo cappuccino mixed with s'mores ice cream milkshake thing. And the large was such a giant serving! I have not seen that large of a cup in a long time. The shake was also so good! The workers made it with love I could tell, and they also seem to like working there.“
“Today, I went to see my doctor in Long Beach. The weather was very warm and I was so thirsty. I wanted to drinksomething cold & sweet.Then, I saw a Baskin-Robbins ice creamshop across the street from my doctor's office.I wanted to try their ice cream. I droveto the parking lot, and It was inside of the small mall. There were plenty of parking spaces.I walked inside of Baskin-Robbins andthe store was cleaned. I asked an employee if they have frozen yogurt.Then, he said that they didn't have it, but they had sugar-free ice cream.I chose the flavor of vanilla ice creamwith chocolate chips. Also, I orderedBerry smoothy.Sugar-free ice cream was amazing. Ittasted like regular ice cream. It wascreamy, and mouth watering taste. It melted in my mouth.I just loved it !. Also, Berry Smoothy was so refreshing and delighted.I loved Baskin-Robbins's sugar-free ice cream & Berry smoothy.They were perfect for the hot weather.I recommend the Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop because they make the best ice cream & the smoothy.Also, the employee was so friendlyand helpful too.“
“I visited this location with my kids and ordered milkshakes, they were more like chocolate milk than shakes. I mentioned this to the owner and he invited us back and offered us replacements. Very good customer service. And the milkshakes were very good!“
“I'm giving a five stars only because of how great the staff was, they were charismatic , professional, and fast. I wanted to leave a tip and noticed that you don't have a tip option for card payment, which doesn't make much sense due to the fact that they literally take online orders, phone orders, walk in orders, and make all of the order as well. Please add a card payment tip option for the staff, and also please work on your plant based options and offer different selection of milks and ice creams for your vegan customers.“
“Went out for a long bike ride with the kid and this was a great place to take a break. Service was great. They always have the flavors we want. The lemon sorbet I had was perfect on this hot day. My son went with a peanut butter/chocolate shake.“
