Baskin Robbins in Long Beach

“In a day and age where service and courtesy have taken a nosedive, I was blown away by the great service I got here this week!

I went on Thursday to redeem a number of free kid scoop coupons and gift cards for a class ice cream party my son’s school.

I had called on Wednesday to ask some basic questions and Matthew was so very kind to answer my silly questions and also left a note for the staff working the next day to give them a heads up that I would be coming in for more than 30 kid scoops.

Then on Thursday I received a call from Kaylie who very generously got my order and packaged the scoops for me so they'd be ready when I came in. It saved me so much time.

And then Kyrie was so patient and helpful with processing my coupons and gift cards, and he held the doors open for me when going in and out with my cooler.

Very thankful for the service I received! And, of course, you can’t beat the ice cream!“

Also, I orderedBerry smoothy.Sugar-free ice cream was amazing. Ittasted like regular ice cream. It wascreamy, and mouth watering taste. It melted in my mouth.I just loved it !. Also, Berry Smoothy was so refreshing and delighted.I loved Baskin-Robbins's sugar-free ice cream & Berry smoothy.They were perfect for the hot weather.I recommend the Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop because they make the best ice cream & the smoothy.Also, the employee was so friendlyand helpful too.“
