“The manager David at this location during the evening time, was very thorough and all around pleasant to help me at the window. I’m an annoying customer asking for extra sauce on the side that comes in a hamburger and not a usual condiment and David was so nice and didn’t care that I had asked or acted like I was taking it from his own personal stash. Thank you David and this Carl’s Jr is always having nice employees to order from and see at the window. Thank you guys 🫶🏼“
“It's about 3 main things in fast food maybe 4 or 5 depending on having kids or family, restrooms, and drive through versus walk-in. For me Quality, Price, Treatment, are the first 3 then speed, and if walk-in, BR and store cleanliness.“
“We live almost equidistant between two Carl’s Jr locations, but we almost always go to this location on 17th Street in Santa Ana because of the spectacular service! Specifically, Itzchel (Shelley), who’s almost always manning the window when we go there for dinner at least twice a week — she is a real asset to the company! Her happy smile and great service puts a smile on my face too!
We’re retired seniors, on the dreaded “fixed income”, and the coupons keep us returning week after week, in addition to Shelley’s kind and helpful attitude. Cooking is a real pain now that there are just the two of us; and the coupons make it affordable to eat out.“

“The wait wasn't too long when I was ordered.The food came out decent. I liked the breakfast egg burger and tater tots were crispy. For the price, it wasn't too bad.I'm glad there were outlets on the tables and for customers only.“

Lizbeth and manager of this location to the line cooks dealing not only with homeless people obvious drug addicted individuals that surround this location and its businesses and still manage to keep the location spotless and clean makes this carls jr my favorite place to visit.
