“My family and I LOVED this location. We hadn't had Carl's Jr. In years and this is hands down the best fast food burger we've had. I tried the promotional burger with avocado and it was delicious. The beef patties were extra flavorful and the fries were perfection.“

“Stopped on my way back from harborfreight on my lunch brake ordered the spicy western combo large dr pepper let me just say this is the first time I can remember ever getting a burger and being so neat and appealing took like 3 bites and noticed how well build it was nothing sticking out but a small piece of beacon it actually made my lunch better I really enjoyed my burger it made a diffrence to me (ocdc) thank you to whomever made my lunch window service was good too very polite lady sometimes the little things can become big thank you to the staff at carls jr for making my lunch you guys are an awesome team !!“

“We live almost equidistant between two Carl’s Jr locations, but we almost always go to this location on 17th Street in Santa Ana because of the spectacular service! Specifically, Itzchel (Shelley), who’s almost always manning the window when we go there for dinner at least twice a week — she is a real asset to the company! Her happy smile and great service puts a smile on my face too!

We’re retired seniors, on the dreaded “fixed income”, and the coupons keep us returning week after week, in addition to Shelley’s kind and helpful attitude. Cooking is a real pain now that there are just the two of us; and the coupons make it affordable to eat out.“
