My brother and my friend and I had time to kill while in Santa Ana. We walked around aimlessly for 30 mins until we found this place. Customer service was the first thing we noticed, the man who served us was very nice and professional. The food was brought out quickly and the food was delicious. I ordered a Carne Asada torta, my brother got a carne asada wet burrito, and my friend ordered two chicken tacos! I was craving an authentic Mexican breakfast and decided to take a stroll in Downtown Santa Ana. I came across 'El Rincon Mexicano' and I had a good feeling about it. Their breakfast there was amazing & delicious! The waiter Arturo was also really nice & friendly. I will definitely be back to try their dinner sometime soon.

Edit: Received clarification from the owner on taxes and everything checks out. The food is good and service friendly.Watch out for an over charge on the sales tax. I realized later that there was a 9.75% sales tax on my bill vs the Cali standard of 7.75%
