We've attended 2 Quinceaneras there and bot times it has been great. There's plenty of parking, it's easy to find. The servers are always there for when you need something. The food is good.
OK... so the outside of the restaurant could use a face lift, the location doesn't rival Rodeo Drive, and the parking stinks if they are busy. Get over it! You came for the food, so just shut the F up and go inside to eat. I find it disappointing to see the bad experiences others have had with ElTap. I've been going there for years to eat in the restaurant for lunch or breakfast, and have used take out for carnitas. There are a couple of things that prevent me from giving five...read full review
