The staff here are courteous and helpful and the quality of the food is amazing compared to other locations. I always get the loaded breakfast sandwich and its the best.
Times can get pretty bad not worth the time if your on a thirty minute lunch during noon the drive thru will make you wait even if you're inside. Ordering a salad will take 15+ mins

Jack In The Box is located on the corner of Warner and Harbor, making it a bit tricky to access. Despite this, the food is consistently good, with tasty tacos and curly fries that bring happiness. While the atmosphere is lacking, the fast service makes up for it. Customers sometimes wait longer than expected, even though the food is made to order, so patience is needed. The staff, including the lead on shift, is helpful and capable of resolving issues quickly. Recently, the restaurant added Parmesan and garlic wings, which are better than those at other fast food places. These wings are real, with bone attached, not nuggets, and are lightly sauced. In Santa Ana, it’s not a 5-star spot, but the hot and correct orders make it a satisfying choice.
