I first had there empanadas at a spring pop-up at Niemes Elementary. Their beef and chicken pesto empanadas are very delicious. They are a very good size and full of meat.
I had my first taste of Karol’s Empenadas supporting Paularino Elementary at their multicultural night event. Their food was 10/10. The birria Empenada is something now I dream about. Such amazing flavors and the staff were so nice and professional. They represented Argentina and the paularino community were so grateful to have their support in sharing cultural diversity in their top quality food!
