“I had my first taste of Karol’s Empenadas supporting Paularino Elementary at their multicultural night event. Their food was 10/10. The birria Empenada is something now I dream about. Such amazing flavors and the staff were so nice and professional. They represented Argentina and the paularino community were so grateful to have their support in sharing cultural diversity in their top quality food!“

“Sanduche de Lomito with spicy chimichurri…..delicious!!!! Always hits the spot!! Freshly made, always cooked to perfection.I forgot to add, the location looks a little sketchy. Windows are boarded up, but, don’t be afraid. Walk inside and you’ll see a small market filled with Colombian, Peruvian, and Argentinian imported food products and the small restaurant to the side.“

“They make empanadas there so well. In my birth country of Bolivia we call them "Saltenas". The really nice ladies work hard making those things with love. Try them you can't lose.

Parking: The shopping strip can get crowded because they are popular and other businesses are there.“

“While visiting California with my family, I was really craving a good homemade style sandwich since I normally make my own back home. I came across this restaurant while searching for food near Anaheim, and I’m so glad I did. The employee helping me, who I believe was named Jesse (I apologize if I remembered incorrectly), was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain the background of the restaurant, walked me through the menu, showed me the pastries and chips they offered. His kindness and customer service truly stood out and made me feel welcomed as a tourist.

Unfortunately, I ate the sandwich before remembering to take photos because it smelled too good to wait. I ordered the rotisserie chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The focaccia bread was incredible and tasted so fresh. Between the amazing food and the friendly atmosphere, this was easily one of my favorite food stops during our California trip. I would definitely come back again next time we visit.“
