La Santa OC is a cool little spot in a cool neighborhood with great street art. It is a small venue with a lot of room to dance and chill, and it is a real vibe, especially during the club deviance event. The sound is at a good level, clear and sharp, and the people are kind. However, there are many druggies and homeless around the area. The bathrooms can be disgusting and dirty. Do not park at the Food ForLess parking lot, as vehicles will be towed. The venue is standing room only unless tables are purchased; large tables require a two-bottle minimum ($600) and smaller tables are $300. Drinking is about the only thing to do, as people are packed in like sardines. There is no ADA way down the flight of stairs, and air flow is poor with liquid dripping from the ceilings. People smoke inside, so the air gets stale fast. The restrooms are really clean and the space is really big.
