This is my favorite spot to reset in OC. The Mazapán Latte is legendary, and the interior is covered in incredible Frida Kahlo-inspired art. It’s cozy, the WiFi is reliable, and the patio is great for people-watching.

The Mazapán Latte is legendary, though very sweet, and the interior is covered in incredible Frida Kahlo-inspired art with a feminine aesthetic. The service is super friendly and helpful, with staff noted for being patient. The cafe offers reliable WiFi, calming music, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating, making it perfect for studying, reading a book, or meeting a friend. There is also a park across the street, making it a good spot for parents. Great food and coffee are available, including very good tacos and fabulous drinks from private events. Parking is not the easiest, with only 3-4 spots up front and limited street parking. However, the cafe is in a great area in DTSA, perfect for walking to nearby spots. Overall, it is a perfect place to relax and reset.
