Hard to beat for the price, comes with all the traditional bits of beef you expect but most places skip out on, and very filling. Do not order the XL pho if you're not actually hungry, lmao. It's a high output kitchen so the consistency is on point.
I’ve always enjoyed eating at Phó Cali, I cannot find any other Phó restaurant that can match their low prices. The servers, though most of them older males are very efficient and professionals with courtesy all the time.
I have been coming here since the late 1990s. Back then the sandwiches were buy 2 get one free for a total of $3. Sandwiches excellent and dishes are excellent. Just got the Extra Large Bowl of Pho for $11.50. Be grateful SO Cal because in San Jose a bowl like that goes for $18! Great prices and quality! Manage your expectations. I used to shop restaurants like Reuben’s and Charley Brown’s (late 80s). Service and follow ups aren’t the same. Same applies to Monterey...
