Retraining in customer service skills highly needed here. I had heard my number being called and I started to approach the counter and I reached for the bag, since I'd figured my num was called it was for me. No the employee snatched it out of my hand and asked to see my ticket number. Ok? Rude I don't know the kind of customers they are accustomed to be I don't belive in treating nor punishing everyone for others actions.
